***Advice Needed***A MSW Student is seeking advice on experiences she is encountering in completing her program. I can also identify, but I had to grin and bear it. Anyone with any advice and insight please chime in. Her thoughts are below, and I removed any identifying marks from the message: Im in one and I found that its a dog eat dog kind of program. Graduate programs are suppose to be difficult to challenge us to be critical thinkers but this program has broken my spirit where Im full of doubts of who I am as a person and what I could eventually become as a social worker. Its been really difficult. Im so close to reaching my dreams but this competitiveness, the judgments and lack of bonding has made it so hard for me. I never thought a social work program would be like this.
