Advice on living on one wage? Just after some advice from anyone who is living on one wage. Im pregnant with baby#2 and am due in July. ATM I am working part time and my husband works full time. Im going to try and work as far as I can but I have a feeling I might only last til two months before due date. Im starting to fret a little bit as Ive been told its a whole new dimension going from 1 child to 2 and I may struggle to go back to work as soon as I did after my son (3 months) I would like to know how you cope living on one wage and what advice can you give? We have a mortgage of about $500 a week and my car payment is $128 a week (which ends in oct this year) my husband makes about $1000 after tax (a week) and thats what we will be living off. Any advice or suggestions will be greatly appreciated thanks in advance
