Africans have been receiving Developmental or Financial aid for God knows how long. Bt we are still classified as either under-developed or developing countries... So what have leaders of African Countries being doing with all the developmental aids and grants from the western world, and other advance countries....hmmm When shall African countries develop; On the Judgement Day??? Oh Africa; Corruption has taken a greater part of u like a Partial Eclipse....
