After 6 very competitive rounds, it is our pleasure to announce that the following 4 senior teams will be progressing to the semi-finals of the ConHill Debating League: 1. Bophelo Impilo Community School – 6 wins and 1497 speaker scores 2. Hoërskool Jan de Klerk – 6 wins and 1470.5 speaker scores 3. Freedom Community College A – 6 wins and 1442 speaker scores 4. Town View High School – 5 wins and 1459.5 speaker scores Transport and lunch will be provided for the 5 speakers and the accompanying teachers and/or coaches. Further details will be sent to those schools later today. If there are supporters, parents or any other schools who would like to attend the final day, please could you send a request, in writing, to Jolandi Swanepoel (jolandi.swanepoel@gmail) and depending on the numbers, we will let you know whether or not we can provide you with transport and lunch for the final day. The junior break, as well as the adjudicator break, will be announced after the last round on Saturday. These results will also be e-mailed out on Saturday evening.
