After I had the insurance company served with a notice letter wherein I informed the President, Vice President and other officers of violating federal law as outlined in the Jimmo vs. Sebelius lawsuit, I received a letter back from the in-house attorney for the company. Basically, the letter was a boilerplate denial letter--devoid of any facts to support his conclusion. And of course, the lawyers conclusion was that the company has always been in complete and total compliance with the Jimmo decree. After I let their letter sit for a few weeks, I finally had it. I put together a strong reply letter to this lawyer--and as you can tell, I set forth a very detailed, point by point set of facts--which I can prove--that both the insurance company--and their agents and employees--have repeatedly violated the federal court order in the Jimmo case. When I initially published this reply letter here, I gave it a title... Here is is--my reply to an insurance company lawyer--which he has never tried to rebut--my own version of Throwing the kitchen sink at moms health insurance company...
