After I posted my message yesterday, Gianluca came through with Back home and Barbara posted casa. So our boys came home just in time to get wonderful news. Gianluca posted It is official. We are going to the Festival of Sanremo. Il Volo to Sanremo! Experience Sanremo at least once in a lifetime. We are happy to share our music with Italians. He also retweeted what Antonella Clirici said, The stage already knows you. You are great And Gian said, The universe is the limit. The Sanremo Festival will take place from February 10-14, 2015. Wow, can you imagine Gianlucas excitement if they win. What a birthday present for him! Even if they dont win, just the idea of participating is such a thrill for the guys! The song they were given to sing is called Grande Amore. Gianluca posted the live streaming address to watch Massimo Giletti make that announcement but, unfortunately, it was only available in Italy. Piero also tweeted, We go to Sanremo Sanremo see you in February. Gianluca, Ignazio and Piero, we can feel your excitement about Sanremo and we hope you can feel ours. We are so proud and happy for you and we will be watching and routing for you all the way. Yes, the universe is the limit but if there are other galaxies out there, Im sure whatever kind of creatures inhabit them, whether human or not, would love you just like we do.
