After a couple of weeks of stress that Ive encountered in the past couple of weeks due to multiple different reasons, today Ive decided to take a different approach to my day. Today Ive decided to focus on me a little: do my hair a little differently. Wear a dress, but not for anybody else, for myself. I decided to say hi and smile at those that I normally would shy away from - because it clicked in my head that this has helped bring smiles to strangers in the past. I decided to try to cheer people up by sending out texts to certain individuals, whether wanted or not, even though its early in the morning (sorry haha). I refuse to listen to complaining today. I read that going just one day without a complaint or blocking out complaints could help your well being immensely. My goal for this Friday is to just have a great Friday, and not let anything get in the way. Positivity is key. I need to get that back in my life!
