After a day when my Christmas tree fell over, couldnt remember where I left my car in big shopping centre and oh yeah - had a mad panic when my car wouldnt start - then I realised half an hour later I was trying to start it with my sons car keys - I began to feel a bit sorry for my stressed self. However, after a quiet cuppa I realised I was sweating the small stuff while many others are dealing with huge things - serious illness, trauma and loss, grieving for a deceased loved one or maybe recovering from an accident. I soon came to appreciate that I only had the small stuff to contend with and ended up feeling grateful it was only those small things.
