Sharing for Urgent Animals at Fulton County Animal Services - Atlanta, GA: TESSY IS URGENT AND NEEDS A HOME OR WILL BE KILLED ON TUESDAY, 10/14 IF SHE IS NOT ADOPTED. Tessy is animal ID # A468438 and she is only 3 years old. She is heart worm positive and needs a home with no cats (come on, not a reason to die!!!). She is a precious, high energy girl who would make a great exercising buddy. Shes just a little thing at 30 lbs and while she is very friendly with people, we are not certain about her behavior around other dogs and cats. It seems like she may have a high prey drive, and may do best as an only pet or with an experienced owner. A lot of times there animals are scared and kept in cages so they seem dog or cat aggressive but its not always the case. Evaluating dog behavior can be challenging in this environment. All we know is, at the shelter, this girl wants to play! Tessy was brought in as a stray nearly a month ago and has been sad, waiting for a forever family.
