After a lifetime of making breakfast cereal my favorite meal of the day, I commited to my private class to give it up. Inspired by step-daughter Faith. 30 days later! LOVE IT! This is so amazingly easy and loaded with vitamins and antioxidants. 1 small handful blueberries, strawberries, small banana (or 1/2), kale, spinich, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 to full scoop of whey. Blend into a smoothie. I have always disliked fruit. But, it is loaded with cancer fighting antioxidants and vitamins. Great easy way to get more fruit in my diet. And, as far as the cereal companies that promote their cereal as lowfat and great for losing weight. It is a complete sham. Most are loaded with sugar and grains (gluten) that can cause anything from weight gain, horrible digistive issues to more serious (brain) diseases. Try this!
