After a week of preparing we are now in our pre-cleanse phase eating only vegan plant foods; fruits, vegetables, squash, non-glutenous whole grains, nuts, seeds and some legumes. The group process provides support, encouragement, momentum and community. The group is learning how to guide their body to do what it knows how to do ~ reset, rest, detox, renew and begin again with a clean slate and new beginning.
