After almost a decade, my final evening Deep Yoga class was last night at Ginseng Yoga. Adam Meyerowitz and Rachel Dragonfly are over my Monday and Wednesday night classes. As my life involves spreading the transformational science of Yoga to wider audiences, I need this evening time to be with my family and to rest. Im so grateful to all of you who have supported these classes throughout the years. It has been such a blessing for me to be with all of you. ! will still be at Ginseng Tuesdays and Thursdays for my 10:30am classes and hope to see all of you there. I will join my wife Laura Plumb when I am able for her Saturday Deep Yoga 11:30am class at Ginseng. Meanwhile, please enjoy this little video of my final evening class.
