After being hit twice by DUIs here is my opinion: Drunk drivers should be summarily executed. Since they dont care if they live or die, take them out before they harm another innocent... Since no state will do that, DUIs should get life in prison with no chance at parole - this is the only way to make sure they dont drive ever again. Taking their license away doesnt matter to them and neither does taking someones life... That this was a hit-and-run and the driver shows no remorse, but gets a light sentence anyway, compounds the tragedy for her victims friends and family...
