After going back and forth for a while, I have decided to not spend the time to go through my friends list and delete 1000+ people (which isnt worth the time it takes) and to just quit Facebook all together. If I choose to return, it will be very few friends and my family. Sure I can say I will manage my time better, or not get on Facebook via my phone, but being present in the moment with my family is so much more important and I just rather delete my page all together than go through the hassle. I need to unplug from computer and technology for awhile. That being said, I will still operate my fan/business page.
