After having to replace the display of my tough-as-nails Lumia 920, Ive found that the glass is now as brittle as Coco Crunch cereal. Heres a close-up of the damage to my Lumia 920. Notice how some glass has been chipped off the phone. This was a result of a scratch, not a drop. And Nokia Malaysia still will not replace this clearly defective replacement part (which is still within its 2 month warranty).
