After meeting with pastor Lorenzo I created a short list of things I believe would be beneficial to our group: 1) Next meeting write down 3 skills we have and think would prove to assist with the continuation of our group. With that data we assign responsibilities and titles. 2) Write our weekly schedules down and compare them so as to better plan for future events, meetings, etc.. 3) Break the city of Pontiac into 4 sections and assign someone to each section. Each person would responsible for creating a service map of the non-profits of their assigned area. With this service map we can distribute copies to each of the non-profits surveyed. With this we gain a better understanding of what services are offered in our city. 4) create a goal map so that we can gain a better understanding of what we plan to accomplish. 5) produce a servey to be handed out to the Pontiac population. Thats all I have for now. Of course this is only a proposal and I would love feedback. Thank you.
