After much negotiation in recorded telephone conversations and an email outlining the law and how none of Orits newer items had a sale sticker against the items on the website and nor was any of her items featured in the sale yesterday I was advised 3 times yesterday that they were not going to honour any of these price reductions and all customer service sales staff had been advised to tell everyone that on the phone - i was disgusted and no one was budging and I re purchased my 5 at the lesser price yesterday afternoon late and sent my originals back this morning via registered post - without calling me or emailing me it seems TVSN has seen the practicality and the common sense and via there own policy I can see in my account on TVSN that refunds are due - HOWEVER all the time wasted yesterday on this matter and lengthy emails advising them of then entire situation NO one bothered to let me know their decision and now I have paid postage on the items again - got me all upset over the issue - thought I had also let down other Orit loves by advising of the different prices and now the cost to send it all back and wait for the full refunds to be addressed and of coarse without my products until they sort the whole mess out and after working an overnight shift and not being happy about yesterays outcome and how silly i thought the whole thing was and now NO communicaton from them I could have saved myself all the bother apparently.......... I understand from some emails I have recieved from you lovely Orit lovers that your refunds are going to be honoured....... WHAT A HASTLE - sorry to anyone but I too have been placed in a nasty situation as I have now spend more time and money on the issue and yet another lengthy email to TVSN to thank them for seeing the way but they were so adament that they were not going to so I re purchased and sent the others back - What a friggin hastle - if only they learnt the art of communication and I would not be so jacked off..........
