After reading the amber alert I am so thankful it was me who heard my across the street toddler crying outside my garage at 6:40am Monday morning. His mom had taken the dad to work and apparently he got out of the house. To young to know where home was and to young to talk. We walked across the street and part way up my driveway crying. It took me a couple of minutes to realize he was all alone. I opened my garage door and found him. Picked him up and tried to bring him home. No one answered, having to go to work and scared for the child i had to call 911. All I could think about was what if.... He got hit by car..... If some freak/pervert found him..... Or worse what if I had backed out of my garage and not seen him!!!
