After the probably the worst three years of my life, Mum & Dad passed away, suffered Shingles, involved in a fairly serious car crash, made redundant a couple of times, I have added quite a few pounds to my already over-weight body. Thanks to my sister, ably aided and abbeted by my wife Lizzie (basically bullied into it, lol) I started a diet last Sunday and have lost 7lbs, half way to my first goal of losing a stone! Lizzie has also joined me in the quest and has lost 4lbs, well done chuck x. Hoping to go to the Dominican Republic for my 60th birthday next year so the goal is to lose at least three stone.
