After the tropical storm last weekend a tree fell down on our roof... all of the sudden you are there to just have to deal with it as so many other things... my dear dad ♡ always fixed everything and was the one who knew everything.. miss him dearly every day and life is very unfair.. I was always with him many occations laying roofs and managing tools.. ever since I could walk he tought me how to use tools.. but its different when you do not have someone to guide you how and what to do... today I fixed 9 broken rooftiles.. all by myself... Its harder than it looks as tho you do not start at an end and put them on.. these you need to sort of braid into place.. And I failed many times putting them in too.. But then the pattern on how to do it fell into place.. and I managed it. THIS IS A PROUD MOMENT FOR ME!!! I know its just rooftiles.. but man oh man... i will say this: I thank you dad for all things you tought me!! I AM MY FATHERS DAUGHTER!!! AND SO PROUD TO BE!! there... now it can rain.. i dont care.. I have no holes in my roof now :)
