After watching almost all episodes of Anthony Burdains No Reservations and Andrew Zimmerns Bizarre Foods, my random watching brought me to Market to Master featuring the different recipes of our country. Just watched all 13 episodes and my mouth is still watering. These recipes were passed from generation to generation and I was impressed by how some natives keep and at the same time improved the recipes from their forefathers. And the moral? Culture and culinary should always come together. If one dies, the other goes as well.
