Afternoon Everyone! We are exchanging on a detached property which we intend to revert back to the original two semis. At the moment the utility supplies is feeding the property as one house. We need to find out about the best utility company (electric/gas/water) to use to fit and separate the extra meter connections. What are the approximate costs and installation time etc? as this could cause a potential delay in flipping at auction and incur more bridging costs. Having dealt with utility companies along time ago criteria may have changed. Has anyone experience about utility companies? Any suggestions or recommendations are very welcomed.
