Afternoon all, Weve been talking to a lady who recently got a letter through from Great Yarmouth Borough Council about a rent increase. She was distressed to read the last paragraph that said if people did not accept the increase they should give the council notice to terminate their tenancy. She thought this could be upsetting for people who could not afford an increase and be left with nowhere to go. What do you think? Are you facing this situation yourself?
