Agents with the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office Drug Enforcement Unit have arrested three for multiple drug related charges. Todd Mitchell Waters, 41, of Stalvey Antique Drive, Conway, SC has been charged with maintaining a vehicle used for keeping and selling a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, trafficking heroin and possession with intent to manufacture, sell, and deliver heroin. He is currently being detained in the Brunswick County Detention Facility under a $1,500,000.00 bond. DaQuan Mikeal Bryant, 19, of Beladore Road, Conway, SC, was charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Brunswick County Detention Facility and later released on a $20,000 bond. Omar Shaguan Green, 33, of Flat Shores Road, Atlanta, GA, was also charged with possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. He too was processed into the Brunswick County Detention Facility and later released on a $20,000 bond. The arrest came after officials with the South Carolina Drug Enforcement Unit (SCDEU) alerted BCSO to be on the lookout for a vehicle matching that of Waters. The three were pulled over at approximately 2pm yesterday by deputies with the BCSO Patrol Division at Highway 904 and Highway 17 where 1500 bags of heroin were found in the vehicle. A search warrant was then conducted by SCDEU, with the assistance of the BCSO Drug Enforcement Unit, at the residence of Todd Mitchell Waters where substantial amounts of heroin and drug paraphernalia were seized. Additional charges stemming from this search are expected by SCDEU.
