Say it with me EIGHT DAYS until this beast is unleashed! >>>> youtu.be/aQ556KtNva0 Every time I watch this it gives me chills because it takes me straight back to when I saw the trailer LIVE for the first time in AZ with Shaun T. I was shaking, I was sweating & part of me wanted to vomit. Lol. We had managed to keep the program under wraps for 6 months & the day we could FINALLY talk about it was the day this trailer was released. To finally be able to talk about one of the most life changing experiences ever {after 6 long months} and to be able to give Shaun a hug after was seriously the BEST! And the cherry on top was to realize how AWESOME it turned out and to have the ability to help other people through this! I honestly think my favorite part about the whole experience was that we are all REAL people. A hand full of us had real weight loss journeys/ struggles that we had overcome, some of us were parents, some of us worked full time through this & a few of us were not from NYC. But we all took a chance on an audition & were brought together for a purpose. Cannot wait for yall to experience this program & meet my friends. Shaun didnt call us his favorite cast for no reason! And dont just think cause its INSANITY that its not for you. There is a modifier that keeps everything low impact, so dont be intimidated. You can totally do it! Who else is excited for Insanity Max: 30? Ah!
