Air Astana again delayed this mornings flight to Astana! I do not count how many times I experienced delays and awful client support with Air Astana, I do not know what to say, whom to complain!!! My flight number 851 was scheduled at 08:45 this morning, I came on time, checked in, passed security check and with my boarding card waited in front of the departures screen to see the boarding announcement, the gate number etc., simply usual and standard things we do every time we fly... All flights were shown on the monitor, of course with delays, but there was no information about my flight. The closing time was 08:30 according to the boarding card, it expired but still no information, waiting crowd was asking each other, chaos become an integral part of our lives thanks to Air Astana. I started asking people with uniforms, there was no Air Astana representative giving explanations to us! I went to the security check, asked them, it was around 08:40 and by chance someone told to me to rush to gate 4! I rushed to gate 4 and fetched a few persons with me, warned a few others.... In the waiting hall and the plane there was no one apologizing and calming down people, no proper communication! We had a 30 min delay and I was late to an official meeting in Astana but who cares?!? After landing in Astana I received an sms where they inform me about the delay of the flight, even their sms comes with a delay!!!
