Airport employees provide excellent customer service, and we receive many compliments from travelers. @TSA employee Bob P. was recognized through our NICE program for helping a blind customer with a seeing eye dog find her way to the @SouthwestAir ticket counter. From his nomination form: Bob showed a great deal of caring and compassion in assisting this customer. What impressed me most is that Bob did not wait for the customer to ask, but rather anticipated her needs. It was truly a great example of the service standard at PIT as well as TSA.
