Job Descriptions: a) To manage the R&D office and keep it up to date b) To assist in research and development related activities c) To co-ordinate with office functionaries and other concerned for R&D office management purposes. d) To ensure good quality condition of office assets. e) To keep proper record of all relevant documents/ reports f) To ensure all arrangements for holding scheduled meetings/conferences/ Workshops 3. Name of Post: Program Officer (Health Services) Required Qualification: MSc Zoology, Botany, B Pharmacy, Bio-Chemistry or equivalent Required Experience: One year Other Requirement: (1) Aware of management of Hospitals, Diagnostic Labs, Medical Centre etc, (2) IT Skills and Presentation Skill, Job Descriptions: a) To manage the Health office and keep it up to date b) To assist in managing Health Services of AKFP including Hospitals, Diagnostic Labs, Ambulance Services, Medical Centers etc c) To co-ordinate with office functionaries and other concerned for Health office management purposes. d) To ensure good quality condition of office assets. e) To keep proper record of all relevant documents/ reports f) To ensure all arrangements for holding scheduled meetings/conferences/ Workshops 4. Name of Post: IT Specialist Required Qualification: Master Degree in Computer Science or equivalent Experience Required: Five Years Other Requirement: Experienced in Software Designing & development, IT Projects outsourcing, networking and implementation of software. Job Descriptions: a) To provide complete IT support to AKFP office, b) To upgrade website, continuously and make it interactive and software based, c) To design and develop petty software, d) To make TOR, outsource software development and project management of outsourced softwares for bugs free and user friendly software procurement, e) To implement and manage trainings of softwares, f) To resolve issues of IT/ networking in AKFP office.
