To clarify the station style dinner: Each dinner item will be served at a separate station by the same farmer that GREW that item. Well have veggie farmers serving their vegetables, beef farmers on hand to carve roast, a local winery sampling wine, and of course us dairy farmers providing our goods. We hope this interactive, casual meal provides our diners with an opportunity to talk with farmers about where their food comes from and how its grown. Were not planning a formal sit-down dinner, but instead a great meal thats also a local food celebration. Hope youre all as excited as we are!
