Alan Holt 3 News Meteorologist FIRST FORECAST - THURSDAY Winds are not as calm as theyve been the last few mornings, helping to keep dense fog from developing inland. There will be some areas of patchy fog west of HWY77 through 9AM, but it will not be as thick. Also, some isolated off-shore and coastal showers moving south to north through the morning hours. Those showers will slide inland through the morning and early afternoon and remain isolated. The majority of the day will be spent under a blend of clouds and sunshine with temperatures topping out near 90°. Heat Indices will be in the upper 90s. Winds from the southeast between 12 and 20 mph. Tonight, temperatures settle in the middle 70s under fair skies and light winds.
