Alex Rogeo and Richard Kratz from MoparMax campaign a built-to-the-hilt Magnum SRT8 in several West Coast drag racing series, and Alex has become a rising star in the bracket racing world. Last week she installed a B&M Deep Transmission Pan and Oil Cooler on the Magnum. Heres what crew chief Richard had to say: The deep design adds three quarts of additional fluid, it bolts into place due to the step design which clears the stock transmission crossmember, nice stand billet stand-offs for bolting on with even pressure and we love the included threaded boss for a temperature gauge sensor. We installed the trans fluid cooler basically where the windshield washer fluid bottle used to be, but you can install it anywhere. We wired it up with a manual switch in the cockpit in parallel with the thermostat, this allows Alex to override the thermostat and over-cool the fluid when she wants to.
