All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh Virbhadra Marg, Rishikesh -249 201 Applications are invited from Indian Citizens for direct outsourcing of job in respect to the posts of Senior Residents & Junior Residents for a limited period of eleven (11) months, in the prescribed format (annexed herewith) and on other terms & conditions, as available on the website– aiimsrishikesh.edu.in. Last date for applying to the above posts will be 01.08.2013 (by 17:00 hrs). Date of interview of shortlisted candidates will be held on 06.08.2013 onwards. Call letter for interview will be sent to shortlisted candidates through e-mail mentioned by the candidates in the application form. A. For Senior Residents I. Essential Qualification: For Medical Candidates: a) A postgraduate medical degree Viz. MD/MS/MDS in the respective discipline from a recognized University/Institute. For Non-Medical Candidates: b) (i) The candidate should possess M.Sc. Degree in the subject concerned and (ii) Ph.D. in the subject concerned/allied subject from a recognized University/Institute. II. Upper Age Limit (AS ON 01.08.2013): 33 years. i. Relaxable for SC/ST candidate up to a maximum period of five years, in the case of OBC candidates up to a maximum period of three years. ii. In the case of Orthopaedic Physical Handicapped (OPH) candidates, this is relaxable upto maximum period of 5 years for General Category, 8 years for OBC category and 10 years for SC/ST category candidates. iii. For those applying for these posts after completing DM/M.Ch courses, the upper age limit will be 35 years. The age limit is further relaxable for SC/ST candidates, OBC candidates &OPH candidates as above. III. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/OPH shall be applicable as per Govt. of India rules. IV. Approximate consolidated upper limit of monthly remuneration: Rs. 55,000/- (inclusive of NPA). However, in the event of candidate having M.Sc. with Ph.D. the payable amount will be as in the case of Non-Medical candidates. B. For Junior Residents (Non Academic) I. Essential Qualification: i. The candidates should have passed MBBS (including completion of Internship) or equivalent degree recognised by MCI. ii. Only those candidates who have passed MBBS (including Internship) not earlier than two years before the start date of Junior Residency (Non Academic) II. Upper Age Limit (As on 01.08.2013): 30 years. i. Relaxable for SC/ST candidate up to a maximum period of five years, in the case of OBC candidates up to a maximum period of three years. ii. In the case of Orthopaedic Physical Handicapped (OPH) candidates, this is relaxable upto maximum period of 5 years for General Category, 8 years for OBC category and 10 years for SC/ST category candidates. III. Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/OPH shall be applicable as per Govt. of India rules. IV. Approximate consolidated upper limit of monthly remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- (inclusive of NPA). C. APPLICATION FEE : General / OBC Category: Rs.1,000/- (SC/ST Category: Rs.800/-). Payment to be made through demand draft/ pay order in the name of “ AIIMS, Rishikesh” payable at Rishikesh or may be directly deposited in the AIIMS Bank A/c No. 6189000100021295 in Punjab National Bank, Pasulok Branh, Virbhadra Marg, Rishikesh by the candidates who are sending their application through e-mail.
