I had purchased a STOTTS Pilates Flex band as I was feeling so well I was going to do some Pilates excercises but instead of excercising it was very useful as I had to lift my leg so the nurse could put the bandage on so I used my STOTTS flexiband to raise my leg with. She was so impressed I think she is going to get one. It is beautiful and sunny today and I am going to sit outside and make some beads.
