All day I been sooooooo heavily burdened with all the loss of loved ones I have experienced in my life time! I lost my 2 year old daughter & years out of my sons life by going to prison. The passing of my childhood best friend. I lost my girlfriend Janine Means to cancer at age of 36. The death of my grandparents on my fathers side, and my grandfather on my Moms side also to cancer. With countless other painful losses, my grandmother the woman who raised me, who was half of my heart & soul died in my arms at the end of her battle with cancer! One year later I lost the other half of my heart and soul with the death of my sister. Last month I lost my father to cancer! Many of these wounds still remain fresh and very raw! A few of the wounds I feel will never heal! I stand before you Lord battered, beatened, wounded and scarred and I praise you! The wounds and scars I wear as badges of honor. For if there wasnt such great pain I would never have been driven to seek comfort in You Lord. I need to say thank you, for You have given far more than You have taken! I have received far more than I have deserved! Thank you Lord for your sacrifice and dying on the cross for my sins! You defied death to give us hope and life. I stand proudly as a soldier in your army! I am so grateful for your grace and mercy upon my life, Love Your Son Brian!
