All doctrines are important and practical. From the doctrine of the Trinity, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are equal but they have different roles we can learn that in marriage, the husband and the wife are equal but they have different roles. It is not the role of the God the Son to send God the Father. It is God the Father who send God the Son to add a human body and to die. It is not the role of the wife to be the leader of the house (nor to be a pastor or bible teacher of men 1Timothy2:11-15). It is the role of the husband to be the leader.
