All in all, a pretty quiet week here at St. Matthew. Tuesday - The Parish Finance Council meets at 6:30pm to review the monthly financial statements and to continue working on the 2014-2015 Budget. Wednesday - The Prayer Blanket Ministry will be in the Parish Hall all day sewing prayer blankets that will be blessed and distributed to those who are ill. In the evening the RE Catechists will gather in the Parish Hall to evaluate this past year and begin planning for next year. At 6:30pm the Gala Committee will meet in the St. Matthew Room. Still looking for volunteers to assist with the planning and implementation of the dinner/auction, so if you can help, please come to the meeting. Thursday - there will be another session of the Bible Timeline at 9:30am in the Parish Hall. The Centering Prayer Group will meet in the Weekday Chapel at 5:30pm. Then at 7pm there is a meeting to work on plans for Fr. Jerrys Going Away Celebration. Then on Friday, we have a wedding rehearsal at evening in preparation for the wedding of Philip Dodson and April Wangerin on Saturday.
