All my life Ive had why monsters? Whats the big deal about horror? why? I, like mark petrie, got it from my dad, from teachers, mates etc...the answer? I DONT KNOW!!! For as long as I can remember its just been my thing..and I remember almost everything from my childhood...the promise of a frankenstein pic after I cut my brow open when I was about three or four ( I STILL remember that night..tripped down the stairs onto a paint can....fun new years eve that was for mum and dad at west hill hospital getting it stiched..remember the glass of orange after they stitched it and screaming for my dad then not knowing what I wanted him for) whicxh is why when i caught my eldest reading my fangoria mags I thought best to teach him..now my kids have a healthy perspective of all things horror related. So....dont hide it from your kids or mock them for it...explain it isnt real, how its done and let them enjoy it for what it is. :0P
