All of the Steinhilber’s staff including Jeanne and I (second and third generation owners) work very hard to satisfy every guest. We are all very proud of the products and the experiences that we produce. Based on what my grandfather, uncle, and mother have taught us, our guests’ satisfaction has always been and will always be our top priority. I ran across this article this morning and felt the need to post it on our fan page for comments. I have personally eaten at all of these restaurants. However, based on my personal experiences and the comments I receive from our guests, I was a little surprised with our exclusion. I am hoping that anyone who has a feeling about this share it here. I would love to hear any comments including those with advice on what we need to do differently to be listed among the top 10 restaurants in Virginia Beach.
