CRAZY MAKANDIWA MUST SHUT UP Editors Digest With Itai Dzamara WE are in need of real and tangible solutions to the national crisis, not the entrenched habit of clutching at broken straws in utter and shameful desperation. The nation is need of leaders, fighters and serious people to speak to the situation objectively, with wisdom and providing direction. The dastardly and misguided Robert Mugabe dictatorship has taken the nation through series and episodes of blatant foolishnes or deception. These include a whole president and cabinet tearing their pants in pursuit of a wild goose created by a poor and illiterate con artist from Chinhoyi. Rotina Mavhungas stupid claims of diesel coming from rocks exposed the desperation of a failed dictatorship. The list goes on, and includes Gideon Gonos heaps of rubbish, such as spending millions on buying a jatropha processing plant, in an apparent wild goose chase and deliberate deception. Zimbabwe has endured the shame and embarrassment of such madness under Mugabes unmitigated failure. And, the cycle continues. The failed dictatorship always scrounges for decoys and means of creating hoaxes, for both fooling itself and deceiving the nation. Yet again, it resorts to con artists and charlatans, in the form of the likes of Shingirai Chirume aka Emmanuel Makandiwa. We should not fold our hands and accept to be taken down the garden path by the likes of Makandiwa, as a nation. It does not need a lot of intelligence to see that Makandiwa is both a silly charlatan and crooked opportunist, and nowhere close to being a true prophet of God. You see, Mugabe has debased our value system and standards severely to the extent that, as a society, we have become receptive to all kinds of fake things and deceptions. Makandiwa and his allies are fake and huge deceptions. We must not keep quiet in the face of mischievous insult and trickery by the likes of Makandiwa. No, we must not, lest we become a generation of absolute fools and idiots that, when the rest of the world was progressing, was busy following dirty clowns like Rotina Mavhunga and nimble-footed charlatans such as Makandiwa. The guy yesterday revisited his Zanu PF mission of attempting to cow the nation into submission and folding our hands to allow the Mugabe regime to continue destroying our lives and those of future generations. Big shame on Makandiwa for being a tool of such a self-serving and devious agenda. But, if anyone needed proof of his shallowness and even delusional mentality, Makandiwa exposed it all yesterday. In fact, like Grace Mugabe, the more he opens his mouth, the deeper Makandiwa demonstrates a very sick and shallow mind and sells out the mischievous mission he is fronting. An elaborate self justification and PR session proved why any serious nation would have to tell Makandiwa to keep his nonsense to himself. God gave us the grace to push the event ahead. I said it very clearly that it would not happen in September but God would push it ahead, gushed Makandiwa in an attempt to explain why his predicted nonsense had not happened by end of last month, as some people believe he claimed previously. It just does not get worst and stupidier than this. There he is, trying to play God, Emmanuel Makandiwa, by claiming that the event of his predicted bloodshed was pushed forward at his instigation. But it will happen, he really stated with a straight face. Now, a question beckons for poor Makandiwa. What, therefore is his role and mission, if it will happen. Does he become a soothsayer, who merely sees things in the future and foretells them? Has he forgotten that last week, Makandiwa made his mission to be that of calling on the nation not to participate in mass action, yet, yesterday, he said it will happen anyway and in any case? No, this guy is sick! That is what happens when shallow people get lost in their lies and deceptive gimmicks. Makandiwa is one such individual. For, yesterday, he went further to make an absolute fool of himself. He tried to claim that he prophesied about his purported looming bloodshed in 2010! l will give you a video clip of 2010, when l prophesied about a soldier and peace keepers, Makandiwa said, hoping to make sense. In other words, the fella really wants even his kids to believe that he prophesied about his purported looming bloodshed in 2010! Phew! Lost and forgotten by this charlatan is that, between 2010 and now, he made several other wild predictions, which make nonsense of his claims or any form of consistency and logic. He, during the past three years, once wildly predicted a miraculous advent of gold and diamonds in Zimbabwe, in 2012. He predicted and promised miraculous economic recovery, much to the joy of Mugabe and his regime. Now, none of those ever became a slight reality but rather, the very opposite has been happening. But, more tellingly, Makandiwa has no sense of explaining the link of his 2010 claimed soldier and peace keepers hallucinations, to his other and subsequent wild predictions. In other words, it does not register to him that he is making a fool of himself by, in 2010 seeing a soldier and peace keepers, then, in 2011 and 12 seeing miraculous advent of gold and diamond, and in 2013, predicting an economic boom, then, only to go back to the soldier and peace keepers in 2014! No, Makandiwa must spare the nation his shallow nonsense. Here is a charlatan, fond of throwing around wild predictions and then crossing his fingers in anticipation of coincidence that he would pounce upon, and claim proof. Please dont abuse the term prophet on such an opportunist! God is not confused, opportunistic and blatantly inconsistent like Makandiwas forlon attempt to act as a prophet proves. Zimbabweans must ignore and denounce this crazy charlatan, hired by the Zanu PF regime to front its propaganda mission. The people must exercise their constitutional right to protest and leave Makandiwa to entertain the few crowds that attend his cult, with his shallow gimmicks. If the Mugabe regime decides to butcher people out to demand an end to its cycles of failure - like it has done many times before - that would be its choice, and will face the consequences from the people, the rest of the world, and God. Makandiwa must not pontificate on the national stage, he is a non-factor, at all. God has far much better means than communicating through such confused and shallow charlatans.
