All of you may have noticed by now that the WWE are very high on Seth Rollins and the reason for that is quite simple, he is exactly what the company needs right now to make their product a hot selling commodity once again among the pro wrestling fans and entertainment seekers in general. Dont get me wrong. Im not labeling Seth Rollins as the face of the company or its torch bearer. John Cenas still around to do that for the next few years. Rollins meanwhile can play the part of the Pivot, something that Triple H was during the days of the Attitude and Ruthless Aggression Eras. So whats the Pivot of a roster? Its someone that can be used as the focal point in a string of main event storylines that are designed to elevate other wrestlers to stardom. In simpler words, you can build superstars around Seth Rollins similar to how superstars were created around Triple H. For instance, main event caliber performers such as The Rock, Chris Jericho, John Cena, Randy Orton, Batista, Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit owe a part of their success to the Cerebral Assassin. Rollins has already uplifted Dean Ambrose to untouched heights and it will be interesting to see how he can aid Roman Reigns, Ryback, Bray Wyatt and others in the future. A pivot can also bring legitimacy back to the world title. Remember how the World Heavyweight Title was often known as Triple Hs title back in 2004? He had numerous stints with that title from 2002-2005 and each and every single one of those reigns were significant. Likewise, WWE should put the current World Title around the waist of Rollins as many times as feasible so that his name can become synonymous with the title itself. Moreover, we havent had a new constant figure in the main event scene since Edge, Orton and Cena started playing pillow passing with the title back in 2005 so a fresh face is always welcome. Another huge advantage of making Rollins a staple in the main event picture is his ability to give off a sinister vibe. Years of heated personal feuds and brutal matches have made Triple H one of the most daunting and intimidating figures in the business today. Rollins is capable of molding himself into a vicious and sadistic character that will captivate the audience. Besides, Rollins possesses one asset that even the King of Kings didnt have and that is his ability to produce incredible Pay Per View quality matches week in and week out. Seth Rollins is undoubtedly the break out star of the Shield and is currently head and shoulders above every other new talent in the roster. Its safe to say that the FUTURE IS HERE AND THE FUTURE IS NOW. #SethForBusiness
