All the I’s are dotted and the T’s are crossed. The business - TopicsExpress

All the I’s are dotted and the T’s are crossed. The business is closed out and “A Brown Tale” is officially wrapped in the Twin Cities. I would like to thank all of those who came out, those who traveled from other parts of the country to Minneapolis to take the journey through my past. Thank you for all of the posts, likes, pokes, emails and inbox messages expressing your appreciation of the work. Your expressed fullness from the work is a greater reward than any amount of money the box office could ever yield! A box office hit is always welcomed but a fed soul and a new supporter is the greatest affirmation an artist/producer could ever receive. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Producing, writing and performing “A Brown Tale” was one of the biggest giants I’ve fought in my career to date. I was thrown in the crucible and made! Bringing an idea to fruition is a binary process. The polarities of positive and negative are set into motion. My mettle was tested and my desire for the outcome stressed to the max. During this process I lost two dear friends and colleagues to death and some other people to life. These losses nearly broke me. Grieving and depressed, with the aid of the Most High and the “angels” that were sent to support and nurture me through the process (unbeknownst to them), I got it done. “Broadway” came to Broadway in north Minneapolis! I share that little caveat to encourage all of the dreamers and aspirants to keep going! “A Brown Tale” started merely as an idea. The idea was supported by vision. Through stubborn will that vision was manifested. “Dreams don’t come true, they are made true.” Its tough to step outside of the conventional charted path and attempt greatness. The situation is never perfect or even ideal, but rather a perfect storm. With perseverance and tenacity there is triumph! KEEP GOING! The money is out there, find it! The help is out there, ask for it! Don’t wait for the right moment to start, simply begin. “If you are not willing to take a risk you will always work for someone who does! If you don’t bet on yourself why should anyone else? There will always be doubt (self doubt is always looming. Check it!) and doubters. Let the naysayers have their say. That’s their JOB in your process of becoming! Keep responding to the unction and compulsion that moved you in the first place and KEEP GOING! Wait for no one to empower you, empower yourself! Operate from YOUR OWN POSITION OF POWER....YOURSELF/YOUR MIND/YOUR WILL! GET IT DONE! Now that its all done in one location I have to replenish myself. I am depleted. I will retreat into the creative chambers of my mind and heart. I will grieve my losses. I will heal from the pain. I will Learn from the experience. I will plan the next stop and go forth! If you haven’t already done so, please like the “A Brown Tale” Facebook page. Follow on Instagram and Twitter @abrowntale. Visit the websites abrowntale and jamestalfred. Find out where “A Brown Tale is playing next via “A Brown Tale” Face Book page, Instagram, Twitter, and abrowntale. Thank you all for your support! Stay on the path to SELF actualization. Don’t stop swinging! The giant will fall! “The biggest man that you will ever see, was once a baby” - Bob Marley “Coming in from the cold” ADIEU!
