Allama Iqbal was the philosopher who inspired and gave confidence to Indian Muslims to rise up for their rights. He considered the German philosopher Goethe as his spiritual guide and mentor. Many scholars have wrote doctoral thesis on the philosophical similarities between the two who never met as Goethe died 45 years before Allama was born. There are many young people on my facebook page that want to change and reform Pakistan. So I am sharing a maxim from Goethe and hope that you all will think about it: Difficulties increase the nearer we come to our aim.
