Allan. That was a much better documentary. Far less insane claims. I need to look into the illness both of them suffered, but in their cases it clearly has fixed them. This is not making any bold claims. Eat healthy, exercise. These are not new concepts. Rik, you might want to look at this to shift some of your initial weight before moving back to a normal healthy diet with exercise regime. https://youtube/watch?v=8o0pSnp0Xs8 Theres a few claims in the film to check out. But honestly they are not the point of the film like they were in Food Matters. One thing I very much liked was the way they constantly consulted with doctors both before and during to make sure that there was nothing going wrong, which is very important both generally and when making a big change to your diet and lifestyle. All in all I would recommend this to people. All of this research over the last few days has very much made me look at my own diet. Ive always been very lucky in that I dont need to worry about my weight, but health comes down to a lot more than what you weigh. Ill not be doing this diet, but it is time to force myself to do something about what Im eating. It can only help and may improve my depression, which is a serious issue for me at the moment.
