Alleged Cell Phone Use Leads to Labor Day Crash Rochester Police were called to the scene of a single vehicle crash on High Street Monday at 10:25am. Responding officers found a Chrysler minivan that had gone off the right side of the road and collided with five cement guard rail pillars causing extensive damage to the right side of the vehicle. None of the occupants in the van were injured in the crash. A passenger in the vehicle told investigating officers that the operator, 37 year old Michael Williams of Mohegan Lake, NY was using his cell phone at the time of the crash. Police issued Williams a citation for impeded operation of a motor vehicle.
