* Alleviating a little bit of stress in our daily life . . #1 Walking in a public place.. You experience a person bumping into you inadvertently.. And you start to feel uncomfortable about the situation.. and at some point get angry at the person.. #2 Driving a car.. You experience a person cutting in front of you inadvertently.. And you start to feel uncomfortable about the situation.. and at some point get angry at the person.. #3 Sitting in a public place.. You experience a person gazing at you for a long time.. And you start to feel uncomfortable about the situation.. and at some point get angry at the person.. It may be natural for a person to have his or her own world.. Thinking that the rest of world goes around pursuant to her or his own world.. I think.. a person has a tendency to think about a situation according to his or her own way of thoughts.. For instance.. #1 Walking in a public place.. #2 Driving a car.. #3 Sitting in a public place.. We may have the tendency to think What is wrong with that person? So annoying.. And our stress begins.. But instead of asking ourselves why is the person like that? or why is that person acting like that? which puts a lot of stress on our body.. What if we think.. #1 Walking in a public place.. That person must be having a rough day for some serious personal reasons = The person did not bump into me on purpose but merely was going his or her way #2 Driving a car.. That person must be really in a hurry or is in an urgent situation = The person did not cut in front of me on purpose but merely was driving in a rush #3 Sitting in a public place.. That person must be having a lot things going through his or her mind = The person was not gazing at me on purpose but merely was thinking and I happened to be in front of her or him It may be wrong of what the person did.. But we all make mistakes.. Nobody is perfect.. Nobody can be perfect.. So.. While continuing to maintain our own world.. I think our daily life could be more at ease & peaceful & less stressful.. if we time to time stand in other persons world.. and recognize the fact that.. there are things happening to the people around us that we are not likely to be aware of.. and also understand that.. those peoples worlds are also.. the Part of our world..
