...Almost forgot.... Day 2 of 7--I have a theme today-- 1. So VERY grateful to have known Terry Kidwell....he was my first Office Manager at Block, and he taught me so MANY things about ethics, integrity and doing the right thing; 2. So VERY grateful to have Sharon Bingham Roberts as an office leader at Block--like Terry, she knows how her people want to be treated, and that to be effective, its best to LEAD rather than manage... 3. So VERY grateful to have had Caleb Cooper as an Executive Director at the Y--he knows how to get the best of his people while leaving no doubt how much they are valued.... All 3 of these people have had a BIG impact on my life and how I approach my work--with honesty, integrity, ethically and a sense of humor. THANK YOU!!
