Almost no dinner tonight but my actions saved our chicken fingers fried in the good ole 1 notch 12 Lodge. First time using the steamer that came with my new wave induction cook top of only owning for about 2 weeks. Instead of laying lid on counter next to chicken I placed it down below on a lower table top cabinet and just getting ready to stir the spinach when me heart landed some where due to the explosion of the steamer lid. Sure was a mess to clean up but on the good side the chicken was awesome as always thanks to my daughter.
