******Aloha BDJ, Okay we got the approval for a full dress rehearsal on Friday, September 19th at the Kauai Marriotts Ballroom with the tech guy, the light and sounds and the Terno Ball Chairpersons at 6:00pm. If possible, please be there by 5:30 to give us at least a 1/2 hour to be in our costumes. We will also do stage blocking so we dancers and instrumentalists know our surroundings of the performance stage. At the end of the night, we are allowed to store our Costumes and Dance Props in the Dressing Room so that we dont have to bring them again on Saturday, Sept. 20th. Please everyone, it is really important that you all make this dress rehearsal for stage blocking. Remember, we are performing for a sold out audience. We also got approved to bring our own food and beverages for Saturday, September 20th, so please bring your own bento or meal and snacks that evening. The Resort will provide us water and cups in the dressing room. Received great news from MR. B,from his meeting with Hannah and Liza (Chairpersons) that the upper stage is 32 feet from left to right and 20 feet wide and only 2 feet in height. There will be stairs on either side of the stage and the front middle to go down from upper stage to lower stage. See you all on Sunday, September 7th at 3:30pm at Waimea NB Center Courtroom for a full dress rehearsal to make sure everyone has all their costumes and all the accessories that goes with it.
