Alright- so my Dad is still battling his pneumonia. Hes had all the classic symptoms- fever, nausea, chills, weakness, etc & will go from feeling better to feeling icky again. So yesterday, I made him a so you dont die kit and yes- I did call it that because thats just how my family operates. It was FULL of all natural, homeopathic remedies & included a full sheet of instructions. Now folks- my extended family is NOT on the all natural bandwagon. They tease me about our green smoothies & organic diet & probably think Im just a little crazy for using essential oils to cure a stomach ache. Its ok- I know they still love me. But lets just say that sending this box of homeopathic remedies into a house of non-believers was like sending the Bieber into a Dr Dre concert. Umm....yeah. But wouldnt you know it- I got a call early this AM from my Dad. I woke up at 2am & wasnt feeling well so I used the peppermint stuff & drank half the Cowabunga juice & was feeling lots better. Now what? Translation- he used the peppermint essential oils on his stomach for his nausea & drank half a bottle of organic Kombucha & wants to know what else he can do so he continues to feel better. Shut. The. Front. Door. It worked! I might turn this Beiber into a rap lover yet!
