Alright, alright. Im about to watch the last 2 episodes of #HouseofCards. Now, let me start by saying it is really good and addicting. Kevin Spacey is great. The accent kills! I will follow that by saying this season suffers from my same critique from last season. Which is that theres no relative danger. Nobody is smarter than Frank Underwood. Whenever hes in danger all we do is watch him outsmart everyone. Raymond tusk the President, the Native Americans, you name it. Usually inside of the same episode. I dont get nervous because history has told me that Frank is just going to outsmart everyone. What is there to anticipate or fear? Im afraid after these two hours I will have spent 13 hours watching Frank be clever. And then left with the same to distaste I had after season 1. I said I wouldnt do season 2 and then I slipped up and watch the first episode and got hooked. now Im waiting for it to be over. But with that said its very entertaining. But its just an investigation into how corruption and power mix. I knew that already. I hope im the only one who feels this way. Disclaimer. I still havent watched the last two episodes so this critique could be turned on its ear. But I doubt it.
